This repo's own crates/engineering-coworker is a Rust MCP server (rmcp crate, stdio transport) that exposes cargo/wrangler/git/D1 tools, used FOR Claude cloud to EXECUTE operations on the developer's real Mac - not just suggest code. Distinct from the abstract skill above: this is compiled, running infrastructure in THIS repo, not the sister repo's cowork/ chassis.
